Throughout October, Salem Academy and College will bring together students, alumnae, community members, and thought leaders for conversations and experiences exploring what it means to lead with courage, curiosity, and purpose.
Women’s leadership has been central to Salem’s identity for more than 250 years. Women’s Leadership Month honors the women who have shaped Salem and their communities while creating opportunities for today’s students to develop their own voices, relationships, and capacity to lead.
At the center of Women’s Leadership Month is the October 16 inauguration of Dr. Jill Fleuriet as the 23rd president of Salem Academy and College.
The inauguration marks the beginning of a new chapter for Salem and celebrates an enduring commitment to educating women who make meaningful contributions in their professions and communities.
